Participating Vendors have contractually agreed that Breachlink’s program management fee is a Vendor-paid fee and will not be passed through to you as an additional fee or separately identified charge on any invoice. Where services are provided directly by Equifax, Equifax pays Breachlink a revenue share up to 15% calculated as a percentage of amounts invoiced by Equifax for those services. Fees for services provided directly by Equifax are determined independently. You are not required to use a participating Vendor, and you may ask your lawyer for alternative vendor options (including non-panel vendors) and choose the vendor you prefer.
