AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM EQUIFAX CANADA

New Security Protocols regarding Inactive Accounts

Dear Equifax Portal Users,

Please note that as of October 1st 2018, the Equifax Canada credit portal will enforce new security protocols in regards to inactive portal user accounts. User accounts that have no login activity for 90 days or more will be locked. In order to unlock an inactive account please contact your profile Supervisor or the CAST team (contact information below). User accounts that remain inactive/locked for an additional 90 days (180 days from first being locked) will be removed from the platform. Users whose accounts have been removed from the platform will need to submit a request to their supervisor or the CAST team for a new account to be created.
