AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM EQUIFAX CANADA

Notice of connectivity change affecting Microsoft Internet Explorer users

In order to comply with forthcoming Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, we will be implementing a change to only support TLS (Transport Layer Security) V1.2 on our web portal effective February 26, 2018. 

 

This change may affect Microsoft Internet Explorer users.  In order to maintain access to the Equifax web portal members must ensure their Internet Explorer settings have ‘use TLS 1.2’ enabled.

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer users can verify this setting from Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Please ensure ‘use TLS 1.2’ is selected.
