Dear Equifax Member,
The Equifax IT and Development groups have scheduled an enhancement to the Equifax Credit Portal for Saturday October 24, 2015 beginning at 10:00pm (Eastern) and completing by Sunday October 25, 2015 at 6:00am (Eastern).
Enhancements include:
- Upgrades to our online servers allowing for greater server to server communications.
- Retirement of all 32 bit internal applications in favour of 64 bit versions.
We do not expect any impact to our members once these enhancements have been completed.
For any members that would like to test their access to the Equifax Credit Portal a customer testing window has been established for Sunday October 25, 2015 from 6:30am (Eastern) to 8:00am (Eastern). Customers wishing to perform testing during this period are asked to contact the Customer Access Support Team, as soon as possible, at the email address below to confirm their participation and to receive further testing information.
