Sort billing codes alphabetically

Starting Wednesday, September 17, 2003 the following change will be made to the inquiry pages on the "Credit" site:

• In order to accommodate clients with multiple billing codes, the billing codes drop down list will be sorted alphabetically. If you have multiple billing codes, please ensure that the appropriate code has been selected before submitting your request.
