AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM EQUIFAX CANADA

Bill 152

Pursuant to the passing of Bill 152 “The Ontario Ministry of Government Services Consumer Protection and Service Modernization Act”, effective January 1st 2008, Equifax will be implementing a feature to allow Canadian consumers the option of generating an alert and corresponding contact phone number whenever their own file is accessed for credit granting purposes. The person who receives the alert shall not proceed with the transaction without taking reasonable steps to verify that the person involved in the transaction is the consumer.

The verbiage will be displayed in the Consumer Statement segment (CS) as follows:

**** WARNING ****ALERT TO VERIFY CONSUMER’S IDENTITY - PLEASE CONTACT CONSUMER AT (000) - 000-0000 BEFORE EXTENDING CREDIT
