AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM EQUIFAX CANADA

Implementation of the new User Management.

Starting Monday, September 14 1998, Equifax will implement the management of multiple User Id application that will provide control and more security to our clients. A supervisor will be assigned the responsibility of creating the User Ids in your company/department.

The following changes will be made to the Internet application:

• A new "Client Id" field will be added on the Sign on Web page. Click here to view the new page.
• You will now enter the "Client Id" as provided by your supervisor with your User Id and Password to access the Equifax system.

By September 14, your supervisor should have already communicated to you your Client Id, if you do not received it by this time you can contact the Equifax ADS group at 1-800-387-9986.
