We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Account Verification Tool within the Reporting Trade Tool. It appears that it is only affecting members that send us trade updates and that have access to the tool. Our teams are currently investigating the issue, however, we unfortunately do not have an ETA.
We do apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused.
