Changes coming to the Commercial Internet Search Screen

In our commitment to superior customer satisfaction, Equifax Canada is pleased to announce a new look to the internet search screen that is used to inquire on a Canadian commercial credit report. The new internet search screen will be available beginning on Sunday June 20th, 2010. Modifications will allow you to search our files with greater ease and flexibility; You will be able to decide from the search options best suited to your needs such as Search by File Number or Search by Phone Number or Search by Business Name and Address.

In addition to a new look we have added a Search Hints and an Advanced Search Options link that offers information on how the input data that you provide will be used in the search process. By clicking on Search Hints and/or Advanced Search Options you will learn how to better take advantage of how the different search methods can generate the desired result.
