Equifax Canada® is updating our multi-factor authentication (MFA) service on all Equifax applications. As a result of this change, online supervisors will be required to update language settings in users’ profiles to ensure operators are receiving messages containing unique temporary codes in their preferred language. Instructions for how to make this change can be found here.
In order to continue receiving messages in the language of preference, please update language settings by August 8, 2021.
