How do you use this feature?

Enter your Client and User ID (current password not required)

Click on Change Password

You will then be taken through the 2 factor authentication process

Enter your unique temporary code once received

Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields


Password Criteria remains unchanged. At least 8 characters long, containing at least one digit, one special character, one uppercase and lowercase letter. Cannot contain your name or the name of the company and cannot use any of the last 10 passwords used.

If your profile is locked, due to too many invalid attempts, please contact your online supervisor to unlock your profile.

If you have operator access, please contact your online supervisor to unlock your profile.

If you are an online supervisor, please send an email to cast.ca@equifax.com with your Client and User ID to unlock your profile.
